My name is Stefanie Lindsey and I am an IFBB Pro Bikini competitor. I am 25 years old and I reside in the Metro Detroit area. I set out in Jan 2009 to achieve my goals of competing and met Jay, who immediately began working full time with me. The dieting, supplementation and training were more intense than anything I had ever done before, however once I stepped on stage for the first time I was hooked and my motivation and goals continued to get bigger as time went on. The support I had from the group and all of Jays expertise is what made it possible to reach within myself and bring out the best competitor I can be.  2009 was a whirlwind year and Jay has been there for me every step of the way. My Contest History includes-2009 NPC Natural Michigan Bikini Champion, 2009 NPC John Simmons Tall class Bikini Winner and overall Bikini Title winner. I placed 6th at Team Universe in NYC, my first National Show! With encouragement and planning from coach Jay, I trained another 8 weeks to improve my package for NPC Nationals in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The show was an unbelievable experience! I placed 1st in Bikini F class and Earned my IFBB Pro Card!!  I am currently Training for my Pro debut in May 2010 at the Pittsburgh Pro Bikini and I'm headed to the NY Pro Bikini the week after that! I never could have imagined this level of competition and success to be possible, and without Jay to guide and help me be my best I could not be here today. As a mentor coach and friend, Jay has exceeded my highest expectations. Go Team Infinity!!!

Hi My name is shirley and two years ago I started going through menopause.  I did not quite know at the time what is was.  I became depressed and gained weight at what felt like overnight. I went through a cycle of eating whatever I could get my hands on and my weight went from 150 to 212lbs.  Ive always been able to lose weight and get in shape on my own but this time was different and things were out of control.  After going to the doctor, my over health was at risk, including my blood pressure, and cholesterol.

I realized that i needed some help and God directed me to Jay.  I thought to myself, "Lord he trains so people and I bet he is expensive. He works his clients hard and I will not be able to do it. "  God said, " Just ask."  I asked and the price was affordable and my training sessions have been excellent! My friend Pat even joined.  Since then I have lost 45 lbs and my overall health is great!! I turned 50 this year and my goal is to be as fit and healthy as possible and thanks be to God for my husband, Jay, my trainer and Pat my training partner.  I am well on my way!!!!!

I met Jay around the end of 2008, little did I know how much my life was going to change.  I began training with him and was given  a diet plan by him.  Within’ weeks I noticed a change in my body and my energy level.  Not long after, I decided to give bodybuilding a shot.  My life has not been the same since.  He has definitely been an inspiration for me, and has motivated and educated me on different aspects of the industry. Jay provides me with a wealth of knowledge on nutrition, weight training, weight loss, cardio, and bodybuilding.  Not only is he the best trainer/coach, but you can expect to gain a friend that cares about your physical well-being as well as you as a person.   Jay goes above and beyond what  any other personal trainer does, he makes sure that every aspect is taken into account and you have what you need in order to succeed.

Being part of a team is great! Whenever I work out with the team, I work out even harder than I would if I was by myself.  When it's time to hit the stage, we may be competiting against one another, but our ultimate goal is to bring a win home for the team.

"I began training with Jay in January 2010, starting at 178 lbs. Through personalized training along with dieting, within 3 months I have lost 20 lbs. and still losing! I regularly get compliments on the improvements on my physique in such a short period of time. Training with Jay has been a wonderful experience!"

I have been competing in bodybuilding for the last two years but still haven’t found what I’ve been looking for. I knew it was time to find someone that could mentor me through the goals that I have set for myself. I wanted to find someone that has the knowledge of competing and also someone that understands dieting aspects for a person with a fast metabolism. It was also important that I find someone that shares similar physical demands that I do, being a taller bodybuilder. Jermichael fit all of the requirements that I was looking for. Since working with him I have never before been able to keep this much size on my frame and at the same time lose body fat weekly. He has taught me how to manipulate macronutrients according to how my body responds to them. He also responds to ANY questions or concerns that I may have at any given time. I’m very pleased with working with him and look forward to what the future holds. Thanks for everything Big Jay!

Jay Michael Pratt has proven to be a dedicated personal trainer. He takes his work very seriously and expects his clients to do so as well. Among Jay’s many attributes is his academic and experiential knowledge. Jay is a living testimony to his training theories; he has the physique of a Greek god! Therefore, his sculptured body is yet another motivator for good health! Moreover, Jay is adamant about the importance of a well balanced diet. He constantly stresses that exercise alone is not the sole answer with out correct nutrition. If you follow Jay's sound advice, you will not only look better, but most importantly live a longer and healthier life!!!”

When I was referred to Jay I had won my first contest but was looking for a trainer who would work more closely with me. My occupation presents a very challenging lifestyle for a bodybuilder and I needed someone engaged and committed to my success. Jay has been that and more. He listens to the feedback I give him and makes adjustments and the results are showing. I am going into this contest season with a huge amount of confidence knowing Jay has prepared me to be as good as I can be; better than I ever thought I could be without his guidance.

I met Jay around 2000. We were training at the Viking Gym at the time. After several disasters with a few Personal Trainers I approached Jay and asked him about training me. I had been watching him and saw the progress he had made over time. I had no ideal what I was signing on for. There were days I cursed the day he was born but I can say he is a WONDERFUL GUY.. He really cares about his clients and does everything he can to help you reach your goals be it to look good in a swimsuit or compete in bodybuilding contest. I can honestly say it's well worth the time and money if you are TRULY DEDICATED...

I started working out with Jay's Infinity Fitness team a couple months before my wedding in October 2009. I started off at 170 pounds and was down to 155 pounds on my wedding day. I still currently work out with Jay and the team but I'm not competing so I'm not following a strict diet, I do watch what I eat I just don't follow the "competitor’s" diet. I work out 5 days a week doing an hour of weights a day and 90 minutes of cardio. My body is improving more and more and working out with Jay and the team gives me so much more confidence. Jay is an awesome trainer, supporter, and friend. I'm so thankful for all that he has done for me and for allowing me to be a part of the team.

I started working out with Jay and Team Infinity in March of 2009. I started off after having a baby 8 months prior at 167lbs. Just 2 months later on March 14, 2009 I weighed in at 135 1/2 lbs. I worked out with the team 5-6 days a week and stuck to a very strict (uncomfortable) diet. However, the results have been FANTASTIC and continue to get better as the days go on. I have become lean and toned in just a matter of months working out with Jay's Infinity Fitness team. Jay is more then just a trainer; he is encouraging, a mentor, supporter, and a great friend. Thanks Jay and Team for all of your support and love!

Working with Jay and team infinity has been great. I've made great improvements both on and of the stage and he has been a great mentor to me. We are a team and we all help each other out. I have learned the importance of that in the best way possible from my team members. Jay's oversight of my diet and training has brought me to that next level as I prepare for the Jr USA 2010!!!!!

Jay is a great coach, trainer, mentor and inspiration to me. I am one of Jay's first clients and take great pride in being able to say that. I began training with Jay in 2004 toying with the idea of competing in a local bodybuilding show. I lacked the self confidence and boldness one would need to travel on this treacherous journey. I was concerned about my image and label attached to competing and more importantly, how he would be able to get 50 pounds off my frame within 14 weeks. With Jay's guidance, expertise and vision to see what I could become underneath all the layers of fat that I saw, I did that show and won the overall!!!!!!

Since then, Jay has lead me to several State championships including the 2008 Michigan and Central States. In 2009 Jay prepped me for the USAs in Vegas and the North Americans where I placed 3rd respectively. He continued to coach me and other Team Infinity clients and prepped us for Nationals where I took 2nd improving my placing and physique and my teammate even got her pro card!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I enjoy training with Jay and Team Infinity because he is a true advocate for women in the sport of bodybuilding, figure, fitness and bikini. Jay not only trains us, but continues to educate us on how to become better through our training, eating habits, being true to ourselves and setting realistic goals.

May 2009, I sought out to get in shape for a vacation in October and I received a referral from a friend for a personal trainer. I called and met with Jay to speak about my goals and set an appointment. Shortly thereafter, I was asked have you considered competing as a bodybuilder. I replied “absolutely not, not as an adult. I’m not trying to look like a man or compete”. After a few weeks of training Jay asked me to dedicate 12 weeks to training and dieting and just trust him. My 10th week of training I entered my first competition and placed 5th at the Classics. I was very proud considering that was not my intentions and I didn’t know what I was doing.

Whether competing or not, I’ve learned I enjoy weight training and will continue to train and push myself beyond my limits. I love my look, I feel and look better at 35 then I ever did at 25 and it doesn’t help that I’m a mother looking like this. I love it… Jay has pushed me far beyond what I thought my limit was…Thanks Jay!!!
