Personal
Fitness Programs
Personal training programs for individuals
with little or no experience with training,
who need supervision and instruction to
improve their physical condition.
Personal training or fitness programs vary
with each individual and their own personal
goals. Each training program is designed
for the person and their lifestyle and needs.
There is not “cookie cutter”
work out that can be applied to every person.
This can include diet analysis and nutrition
counseling and suggestions in addition to
a fitness program. The Next Level Fitness
training center has the equipment necessary
to meet the needs of each of my clients.
Rates
vary: $45 for 10 session commitments, $50
a session
Sports
Specific Training
As a physical educator I have taught many
different sports and the skills necessary
for the sports. I have also trained several
collegiate women’s teams during their
off season training. My masters’ degree
in Education has provided me with the background
needed to teach skill mastery to anyone.
$50 a session
Child
Weight Management and Fitness
Engaging children in physical activity is
a challenge that I have been able to meet!
The high school program that I co-wrote
was awarded the PE Program of the State
of California in 2000. Childhood obesity
is everyone’s problem and helping
one child at a time is the key. My programs
include individual and group activities
and a variety of different movement programs
including dance, aerobics, obstacle courses,
yoga, diet and “real world”
nutrition counseling. I will accept all
ages and all ranges of abilities. I was
trained at Cal Poly to work with children
with disabilities and can provide one on
one instruction to all kids. Prices range
from: $20 a session for group exercise,
40, 45, 50 for individual sessions.
Motor
Skills Training For Children
This type of training is for children who
are slightly behind in motor skills or activity
related skills that have been mastered by
their peers. Children who have a desire
to improve their sports skills or individual
activity skills like bike riding or skating.
There is a process of breaking skills down
in small enough increments that provides
children with teachable amounts of information
and more importantly to see success along
the way.
Rates vary.
Personal
Motor Development for Disabled Adults including
exercise programs
Individual or small groups can be given
an opportunity to increase their fitness
level, learn the basics of exercise and
nutrition and have some fun. I have worked
with several day care centers, providing
aerobic and weight training activities to
this often ignored part of our adult population.
Rates vary.
Individual and Group Exercise for
Older Adults
Older adults are in need of activity just
like any age group. Individual fitness plans
to meet needs of this population as well
as group exercise including chair aerobics,
dance and yoga. Rates vary.
