Biography

Just a little bit about me..
My name is Alisa Plymale, BSW, CPT, (AFPA certified). I was born and raised in Winston-Salem, NC. i graduated from UNC-Greensboro with a BSW degree. I am currently in graduate school, pursuing my Masters in Health Care Administration. I live my life with a plan for success at all levels.

I am also an NPC Figure Competitor. My passion for fitness began in my early 20’s. During college, I joined the YMCA in Winston-Salem and was introduced to two figure competitors. They both introduced me to Beverly International for my supplements and personal trainer, Damian Fisher, pro bodybuilder, for training. Damian helped me begin my “figure” journey to my first competition. I have since completed three figure shows and soon, will be on the national stage. I am also a Fitness Model for Iron House Training Apparel.

I am Italian and from a very large, loving family. I am the only child. Some of my hobbies include loving to travel, dancing (mainly for cardio)…lol, snowskiing and competing as an NPC figure competitor. I am very free spirited and I love to have a good time. I consider myself to be a very honest and loyal person.

I want to thank God everyday for blessing me with wonderful health, and such loving family and friends. I could not have made it this far without them.
